The Wrapper is responsible for accurately and efficiently applying high-quality vinyl wraps to various surfaces within residential settings, such as cabinets, countertops, backsplash, doors, wardrobes, window frames, floors, furniture, and appliances. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, manual skill, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Preparation:
Prepare surfaces for wrapping by cleaning, sanding, and ensuring they are smooth and free of debris.
Measure and cut vinyl film to precise specifications using industry-standard tools.
Position vinyl film on surfaces with precision.
Use heat guns and other tools to smooth out air bubbles and ensure a seamless finish.
Quality Control:
Inspect wrapped surfaces for any imperfections, such as wrinkles, bubbles, or misalignments.
Re-work any areas that do not meet quality standards.
Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all work performed.
Safety:
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including proper use of tools and equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with other team members, including installers, to ensure smooth project completion.
Assist with other tasks as needed, such as loading and unloading materials.
Qualifications:
- Strong manual skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

SPC & LVT FLOORINGINSTALLER

The SPC & LVT Flooring Installer is responsible for the installation of high-quality Stone Plastic Composite (SPC) and Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring in residential and/or commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of flooring installation techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Preparation:
Prepare subfloors for installation by leveling, smoothing, and ensuring proper moisture content.
Accurately measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific room dimensions and around obstacles.
Install underlayment and moisture barriers as needed.
Installation:
Install flooring materials using appropriate methods for click-lock system.
Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and transitions between flooring sections.
Quality Control:
Inspect installed flooring for any imperfections, such as gaps, unevenness, or damage.
Re-work any areas that do not meet quality standards.
Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all work performed.

DRIVER
Reports To: Team Leader
The Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of technicians and materials.
This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Safe Driving: Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
Delivery & Pickup: Deliver and pick up of technicians and materials to and from customer sites, warehouses, and other designated locations. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain accurate driving logs and records.
Inventory: Assist with inventory control by accurately tracking and reporting on the movement of materials.
Teamwork: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
